CONGREGATIONAL MEETING AFTER WORSHIP NEXT WEEK, SUNDAY MAY 19
As you may know, Pastor Anderson has asked to have his status changed from being our senior pastor to being our assistant pastor for missions.
Our plan is that Pastor Anderson and the new pastor work together for several months and then Pastor Anderson will proceed with his missionary work.
The elders are calling a congregational meeting for May 19 in order to accept and vote on nominations for members of the pastor search committee.
The agenda of the congregational meeting on May 19 will include: Item 1. Do you approve of releasing Pastor Anderson from his present call as pastor of Trinity Church Central Oahu upon the election of a new pastor? Note: If this is passed, Pastor Anderson will become our Assistant Pastor of Missions upon the election of a new pastor.
Item 2. The Session recommends that a Pulpit Committee be established composed of both Session members and members of the congregation at large. The names of those nominated by the Session will automatically be placed on the ballot. Additionally, members of the congregation may nominate others to the committee.
If you wish to nominate someone to be a member of the pulpit committee, you must ask their permission in advance. If you advise Pastor Pete or Pat Mamaclay of your nominations by noon Saturday 5/18/13, their names can be added to the ballot for the 5/19/13 congregational meeting.
Voting will be by paper ballots. Only members of TCCO in good standing are eligible to vote.

All forms will be collected Sunday, May 5th and given to your sister to help her to be a blessing to you. Be a part of this fun and rewarding experience.
